I called Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning Inc. to clean my roof, house, and pavers. From the start to the end, the customer service was 5 stars. The crewman arrived at my home and greeted me to walk around the property. He was very professional and explained what he would be doing. In the end, my home looks brand new. I am a very happy customer.
Daniel was the consummate professional. He took the time to fully explain the process and answer all of my questions. He did a fantastic job for me. I should have taken pictures before he did the job. My roof wasn’t just discolored, it was totally as black as an asphalt driveway. I was anticipating getting cited by code enforcement. It looks like a new roof now. Beverly was most helpful, courteous, and was patient with all of my questions. Overall, it was a smooth enjoyable experience.
I hired Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning to clean my roof. They cleaned it by using the soft wash method. I have never seen my roof looking so clean in all of the years that I have lived in this house. The technician was professional and efficient. He watered down my grass and bushes but also advised that I water the area under the roof line again since chemicals were used. I highly recommend their services if you are in need of getting your property cleaned.

Absolutely the best job I have ever seen. Thorough, yet careful around delicate plants, etc. All stains removed and driveways (including neighbor’s) washed down at job completion. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am thoroughly impressed with Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning’s service. The technician, Paul, arrived early and got to work immediately after notifying us of his arrival and speaking with me. He worked quickly and efficiently. The soft wash service took less than 30 minutes for the entire roof. He also went above and beyond to help water the surrounding area in order to dilute the chemical mixture from affecting the grass and plants. I would certainly recommend him and the company to anyone in need to pressure and/or soft washing services.
